What does the boarding service include?
Our boarding services include daily feeding and medications based on the clients needs. Our pets have exercise time, a constant supervision and specially loving care. We provide an individual room with a comfortable cot to sleep and fresh water to each pet. Family groups can share room together. Pets that request grooming on their boarding appointment will receive 10% discount on grooming service.
How are pets kept safe and comfortable?
We provide spacious, climate-controlled environment with constant monitoring. It is very important that all clients inform about behavioural and health conditions that we must be aware of to ensure our pets safety. For dogs, we organize groups according to their size, age, behaviour and more elements that will indicate a peaceful and friendly environment. All pets have access to fresh water 24/7.
If we notice an unusual health condition on a pet, we would isolate this pet from the group and will stay on the room for safety reasons. Also, dogs that show a behaviour that can disrupt the peace and friendly environment will be separated and placed on the room for safety reasons too. (However these dogs will have play time on our big backyard)
Do you accommodate special needs or medications?

What are the boarding operating hours?
Our Boarding hours are monday to saturday, 7:00 am until 6:30 pm. Sundays and hollidays 9:00 am until 6:30 pm. All the drop offs must be before 12:00 pm. (If you need to drop off after 12:00 pm, there will be a $25 late drop off fee per pet and you will have until 4:00 pm to drop off*)
All the pick ups must be before 12:00 pm. (If you need to pick up after 12:00 pm, there will be a $25 late pick up fee per pet and you will have until 6:30 pm to pick up*)

How often should I groom my pet?
The frequency depends on your pet’s breed, coat type, and lifestyle. Generally, most pets benefit from grooming every 4–6 weeks to maintain a healthy coat and skin.
What services are included in a grooming session?
A standard grooming session includes a bath, brushing, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and a haircut if needed. Additional services, like de-shedding or teeth cleaning, may also be available.
How do I know if my pet needs professional grooming?
Signs include a matted coat, overgrown nails, bad odor, or visible discomfort. Regular professional grooming can help prevent these issues and keep your pet comfortable and healthy.
How much it cost?
The price is up to the groomer disclosure. It will vary depending on the dogs breed, size, fur, coat condition, dogs behaviour and more elements related. Also if it is a regular bath or a full grooming service. The price range can be between 35$ – 150$, following the previous variables.
What are the grooming operating hours?
Grooming services are provided on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and you must book an appointment to use the service. Drop-off times are between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. We will call you once your pet is ready to be picked up.

What activities are included in daycare?
Daycare includes supervised playtime, socialization with other pets, rest periods, and plenty of love from our trained staff.
Is daycare available for all breeds and sizes?
Yes, we welcome pets of all sizes and breeds. Our team ensures a safe and inclusive environment for everyone, including cats.
What are the daycare operating hours?
